In a strategic move, Lenovo has officially become part of the ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Partner Program, signaling its commitment to assisting organizations in leveraging innovative workflows using the ServiceNow platform capabilities for digital transformation.

As a ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation partner, Lenovo will leverage its extensive industry expertise, proven services track record, and in-depth knowledge of large-scale implementations to expedite customers' digital transformation through the Now Platform. Initially, Lenovo will focus on providing transformative Digital Workplace capabilities to customers in Australia and Hong Kong, with plans to extend services to additional territories globally.

The revamped ServiceNow Partner Program recognizes partners for their diverse expertise and experience, aiming to drive opportunities, explore new markets, and support joint customers in their digital transformation initiatives.

Lenovo, expanding its Digital Workplace Solutions capabilities through the Consulting and Implementation Partner Program, will offer services through the Now platform. These services include Order Management, Enterprise Asset Management, Service Bridge, Service Portfolio Management, Technology Provider Service Management, Security Operations, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and Generative AI solutions, which can be bundled with Lenovo Care of One platform capabilities.

Through this collaboration and Lenovo's implementation of the Now Platform, customers can expect to benefit from the latest Lenovo Digital Workplace Solutions. This will enable them to more efficiently manage the client, vendor, and employee experience, integrate new services into existing systems, enhance security and data protection controls, and leverage AI capabilities.
