Jaipur, 18 July: A new benchmark was set in the culinary landscape of the Pink City, when Jaipurites enjoyed specially curated modern French and Indian cuisine at the first-ever Michelin-style sit-down dinner organised in the city. For this sit-down dinner event, Ex-3 Michelin Star Chef, Amit Kumar from Boury Belgium curated an exclusive 9-course meal.
Over 120 eminent guests from the city with a passion for fine dining and culinary arts attended the event. To make the dining experience of the guests more memorable, each guest was welcomed with a customised menu and name card. The dinner was hosted by the city's renowned Modern Indian Restaurant, Paro.
The evening was a celebration of food, featuring an exquisite menu of 11 unique culinary preparations that seamlessly blended Modern French and Indian cuisine. This innovative fusion delighted the palates of the attendees, showcasing the culinary artistry and creativity that enhanced the taste and dining experience of the guests present. The highlight of the event was the sophisticated use of molecular gastronomy along with seasonal fruits and hyperlocal ingredients, and intricate plating styles, which added an element of wonder and visual appeal to the dining experience.
